On Arrival
You will be met by one of our friendly kennel team who will help to settle in your pets, you will be asked to complete a booking form which will have all the information we need to ensure your pets stay is perfect. It will also be the time to advise the kennel team of any special dietary/medication/exercise requirements our guests need during their stay with us.

Note: Drop off and collection times need to be confirmed with the kennels when booking your pets in.
What to bring
Up to date vaccination certification. We do not stipulate Kennel Cough, please contact us to discuss further.If you are intending to get this vaccine prior to bringing in your dog, but we are unable to take dogs until after 10 days of having this vaccine.
